Introduction:
coal mine tunnel-repair machine is a multifunctional tunnel maintenance equipment, mainly used for repair operations of coal tunnels, half coal and rock tunnels, and full rock tunnels. The machine could meet the requirement of excavating, side digging, roll-over, rock breaking, loading, hoisting and movement etc, can also crush large pieces of coal gangue to facilitate shipping.
The working device of the coal mine repair machine is based on actual repair needs.Special equipment such as bucket, twin header, and breaking hammer can be quickly exchanged through hydraulic quick-change devices.Use a bucket to dig and load coal and rock, and transfer it to a scraper conveyor, belt conveyor, mine truck or other loading equipment. At the same time, the working arm can rotate left and right ±180°to perform maintenance operations on the side walls and roof of the tunnel;the hydraulic breaker can break hard rock and concrete in the tunnel; the twin header can dig ditches or mill grooves around the tunnel.
The tunnel-repair machine is featured of compact structure, small overall size, energy saving, low noise and high efficient. Using with scraper conveyor, would realize mechanized tunnel repairing, and speeds up repairing work.
Main technical feature:
1. The working device adopts a three-section arm design. The height of the arm can be adjusted according to the size change of the tunnel to avoid contact with the anchor rod, anchor cable and tunnel roof, allowing the maintenance machine to operate flexibly at different 3 height sections;
2. The working arm can rotate ±90° horizontally through the swing cylinder, and can rotate ±90° vertically through the slewing mechanism, achieving full-section barrier-free excavation, crushing and cutting;
3. The three-section arm cylinder adopts a built-in structure to protect the cylinder and is equipped with a protective sleeve to avoid collision damage to the cylinder during work;
4. Equipped with a push shovel to level the tunnel working surface and stabilize the fuselage;
5. The operating room adopts an open structure with a cable-stayed ceiling, which has good visibility, high strength, adjustable ceiling height, and easy disassembly and assembly;
6. The power part adopts a centralized and compact structure with a protective cover to reduce damage to power components caused by coal gangue and other materials;
7. Equipped with a flameproof cable reel, it is used for power transmission and automatic retracting and retracting of cables, eliminating the need for manual dragging of cables, reducing labor force, improving the working environment of workers, and improving work safety;
8. The bucket can be quickly replaced with a variety of equipment such as a breaker, twin header, etc., allowing one machine to be used for multiple purposes.
